Making Jesus known

Simply put, we exist to make Jesus known.  That's our mission.  We are a messed up, broken group of people following and serving a loving and completely whole God.  This doesn't mean that we have all the answers, or that we have a special formula for a great life.  But we are living for a purpose, and we want people to know about that.

We also realize that Christians are sometimes jerks.  That's because they're people, and people mess up.  A lot.  We're sorry about that.  God is loving and forgiving...and sometimes we are the opposite.  So, at Middlepoint, we try to make sure we are transparent and authentic.

Finally, we realize that the church sometimes talks a lot, but doesn't do a lot.  We want to stop that trend.  You will see us out and about in Middlesboro, if you haven't already.  We're not shoving some sort of agenda or dragging people to a church building.  We're not about that.  But we will be serving you, loving you, and showing Middlesboro that we deeply care about this city.
